Za'atar

Za’atar is a fragrant Levantine herb blend made from a native variety of thyme, traditionally enjoyed as a dip, topping, or seasoning.

The thyme is carefully hand-mixed with sea salt, toasted sesame seeds, and sumac to create its distinctive, authentic flavour.

Za'atar is very popular in Jordanian, Syria, Palestine, and Lebanon.
